Hi Impact Planet, A World-Class Amusement Park Commences Operations

Hi Impact planet Nigeria located at Kilometer 12, Lagos-Ibadan Express Way will begin full operations with an exciting opening ceremony by 11:00am on December 18th 2015.
Having organized the Hi Impact for creative kids event two years in a row, a gathering that witnessed over 20,000 guests designed to discover and celebrate children’s talent, Solution Media and Infotech through this event, also discovered a great need for fun and thrills in children, young adults and even families, and then took a step to fill that gap with a world class park.

Hi Impact Planet is a destination brand for everyone; built on 185,000 sq. space with games and rides sourced only from internationally-renowned game manufacturers. It also boasts of a well-equipped clinic, food courts, souvenir shops, fully furnished apartments and more.

HIP has the capacity to host approximately 120,000 visitors daily with a car park capacity of over 2,500 cars at a time.

“Being a Nigerian owned international company and having successfully organized entertainment events abroad, we only believe in achieving the best standards in the world and that is what we have here at Hi Impact Planet,” said Prince Adeyanju Olumide Lipede, Chairman, Solution Media and Infotech “We also understood the challenges of our country and so, I played the devil’s advocate and thought of everything that can ever go wrong and we provided a solution for them. For instance I would be relunctant to go to a park in Nigeria for fear that I might get stuck in the air, should there be power failure when I’m on a ride. Therefore first, I made sure all our games and rides have inbuilt inverters which can bring you safely to the ground should there be power failure which is near impossible because we are not operating on the national grid. Secondly, we localized our power system such that each ride/game has its own power generator, which means that even if one generator should fail through no fault of anyone, it will only affect a single unit and not the entire park. Yes, every ride, game, animatronics on Hi Impact Planet has its own power generating set.
Hi Impact Planet also takes the issue of security seriously, apart from the police post which the Ogun State police force has provided at the Junction to the planet, the park also deployed a full body and baggage scanner as well as a turnstar on every of its entrance points.
The neigbouring community will also benefit from the park’s presence in their neighbourhood, apart from improved security, Hi Impact Planet has taken the responsibility of fixing the road to the park.  The planet also made provision for a well-equipped clinic in its premises which is also available for the neighbouring communities outside the park at a subsidized rate.

Meanwhile, the operators of the games and rides at the park are all certified having travelled abroad to the game manufacturers in Germany and USA for adequate training on operations and maintenance.
Presently there are over 20 rides, indoor games and other side attractions at the park which includes Ferries wheel, Dream machine, Hoopla, bumper cars, 5D and 14D cinemas, haunted house, just to mention a few. And to keep their guests excited, there will be a new ride/game every quarter at the Hi Impact Planet.
From the 18th of December 2015, this magnificent amusement park, second to none in the whole of West Africa will open its gates to the public. Where will you rather be this Christmas?
